Patient presented with severely diseased dentition with substantial maxillary bone loss. Treatment was as follows: Bi-lateral sinus augmentation. Onlay graft upper left canine and pre-molars. Upper arch Implants with 321/1 as immediates with soft tissue augmentation. Full arch fixed reconstruction on 3i Gingihue abutments. Lower arch was restored with Implant supported posterior segments and a bridge on natural teeth anteriorally.
